The 12km descent, a condensed combination of nature and pure air !
Starting from Gendron, you sail on the 2nd part of the Houyet-Anseremme descent (21 km).
The same natural setting, always superb places to stroll along the water, and as a bonus, always the two dams to cross ! We can't promise that you won’t get a little wet... But we offer you a hot shower at the finish !

Equipment
Included with each kayak :
- Ultra-light "sport" paddle
- A bucket to take a bottle of water, your sun cream, etc. as well as a bucket for your rubbish
- Life jackets (available on request in all sizes - compulsory for children under 10 years of age)
- Access to changing rooms and hot showers on arrival in Anseremme
Optional :
Transport to the starting point of the kayaks
(necessary for people who join us by car)
Choice of kayak models :
Double seater kayak
CLASSIC
A particularly stable and self-draining model. It is recommended for teenagers.
COMFORT
Equipped with half-height seats, it offers better back support during efforts.
SUPER COMFORT
Equipped with real seats (ergonomic bucket seats) and footrests, this kayak is ideal for optimising your efforts.
Single
SUPER COMFORT
Canoe
The canoe (3 seats) is designed for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child.
But it also works for 1 adult + 2 children (min. 8-9 years old in this case),
or to take a big dog for a journey with you !
The smallest doggies can sit between the knees of their owners.
Our advice
The 12km descent is perfect for a relaxing afternoon on the water. As a prelude, why not give a go at our adventure park with the Ardennes challenge? For the more motivated, it is also possible to go up the river on a mountain bike before going down, but we recommend that you are at least 12 years old for this route. Younger children will rather enjoy pedalling on the railbikes of the Molignée, or taking up the challenge of the brand new Kids Challenge!
