The 9km descent, a new possibility of a full nature course without dam !
Starting from Houyet, you paddle on the first part of the Houyet-Anseremme (21 km trip).
This is a 100% relaxing trip that winds almost exclusively through the trees and without any dams.

Equipment
Included with each kayak :
- Ultra-light "sport" paddle
- A bucket to take a bottle of water, your sun cream, etc. as well as a bucket for your rubbish
- Life jackets (available on request in all sizes - mandatory for children under 10 years of age)
- Access to changing rooms and hot showers on arrival in Anseremme
Optional :
Transport to the starting point of the kayaks
(necessary for people who join us by car)

Equipped with real seats (ergonomic bucket seats) and footrests, this kayak is ideal for optimising your efforts.
Canoe
The canoe (3 seats) is designed for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child.
But it also works for 1 adult + 2 children (min. 8-9 years old in this case),
or to take a big dog for a journey with you !
The smallest doggies can sit between the knees of their owners.
Our advice
The 9km trip is ideal for nature lovers who want to enjoy it in peace. There is no difficulty to fear on this part of the river : few eddies and no surprises, only the pleasure of admiring the forests and breathing the fresh air.
To be combined with a diversion to Celles to visit the nearby Castle of Vêves for example, or with walk along the banks between Gendron et Houyet before returning by kayak.
