Reservations
Booking is always recommended to guarantee the availability of an activity, as we are sometimes fully booked.
When booking is compulsory, this is specifically indicated on the activity sheet.
Avertissez notre secrétariat par mail à info@dinant-evasion.be dès que possible en indiquant les modifications à effectuer ;
- Si elles sont réalisables, vous recevrez votre réservation adaptée,
- Si nous rencontrons des difficultés ou si la modification est impossible, nous reprenons contact avec vous dès que possible.
Notify our secretariat as soon as possible
- If you have not paid a deposit, the reservation will simply be cancelled,
- If you had paid a deposit, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale sent with the booking document.
