Reservations
Booking is always recommended to guarantee the availability of an activity, as we are sometimes fully booked.
When booking is compulsory, this is specifically indicated on the activity sheet.
Notify our office by email at info@dinant-evasion.be as soon as possible, specifying the changes to be made.
- If the changes are possible, you will receive your update booking without any extra fee,
- If we encounter difficulties or if the change is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Notify our secretariat as soon as possible
- If you have not paid a deposit, the reservation will simply be cancelled,
- If you had paid a deposit, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale sent with the booking document.
