Important information regarding kayak reservations Important information regarding kayak reservations

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our reservation form, particularly for kayak bookings. As a result, kayaks are temporarily no longer available for online reservation.

Please note that all kayak descents will be suspended from Thursday, July 9 due to drought conditions. At this stage, we are unable to provide a reopening date, as it will depend on future rainfall.

To make a reservation, please send us an email including all of the following information.
Without this information, we will not be able to process your booking:

- Full name, complete postal address (street, house number, postal code and city) and phone number;
- Date of your visit;
- Desired route (9 km, 12 km or 21 km);
- Preferred check-in time at the ticket office (every 30 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. inclusive for the 12 km route, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. for the 21 km route, and at 9:45 a.m., 10:15 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. for the 9 km route);
- Preferred kayak model(s) (please note that if your requested model is no longer available, a different model may be assigned).

Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our advice

The Ardennes Challenge is your best choice if you have never attempted a course of this type before, and for daring children who are bursting with energy. They are welcome from 10 years old, accompanied by an adult.

This is also a great start to the day and then continues with a 12km kayaking trip upon the river Lesse.

 If you are looking for more sensations, opt for the Alps challenge (3h). For a longer day, check out the Mont Blanc and Annapurna challenge pages.
