Teambuilding Challenge

Need to tighten some bonds? To strengthen the interaction between the members of your team? This challenge is specially designed to encourage participants to work together and encourage each other to triumph on the course.

Part I - 2h00

It is impossible to succeed in the "Construction" course without close collaboration between the participants.  

Here are a few examples:

• The Big Eight
  The players are all hooked with one hand to the same rope and spread out about 1.5m from each other. The mission is to manage to form an “8” figure in this rope, without anyone letting go of their hand... a great moment of laughter in general !
• The Elevator
  A wall, a gallows, a rope and an objective: that the whole group is at the top of this wall, each person having to be pulled up by the strength of the others. An ordeal that requires reflection, evaluation of power and distribution of effort.
• The Pyramid
  Once again you must reach the top, but this time by forming a human pyramid. You can then hang a rope ladder at the top of the wall, so that everyone can climb to the top.

Please note that the content of the programme is given for information only. 

Some activities can be replaced to limit the waiting time, to better adapt to the sporting level of the participants, or because of bad weather conditions.

Our advice 

This programme can really become a revelation of leadership and group intelligence. Ordinarily reserved and discreet people have more than once demonstrated a surprising sense of analysis and initiative. The understanding within the team also evolves most often very positively.

Would you prefer a little less excitement? Preserve the full meaning of your teambuilding outing by opting for the Construction Course only.   

Office chair races are flourishing on every floor? You will undoubtedly make a better choice with the Mont-Blanc or Annapurna challenges.
