Important information regarding kayak reservations Important information regarding kayak reservations

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our reservation form, particularly for kayak bookings. As a result, kayaks are temporarily no longer available for online reservation.

Please note that all kayak descents will be suspended from Thursday, July 9 due to drought conditions. At this stage, we are unable to provide a reopening date, as it will depend on future rainfall.

To make a reservation, please send us an email including all of the following information.
Without this information, we will not be able to process your booking:

- Full name, complete postal address (street, house number, postal code and city) and phone number;
- Date of your visit;
- Desired route (9 km, 12 km or 21 km);
- Preferred check-in time at the ticket office (every 30 minutes between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. inclusive for the 12 km route, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. for the 21 km route, and at 9:45 a.m., 10:15 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. for the 9 km route);
- Preferred kayak model(s) (please note that if your requested model is no longer available, a different model may be assigned).

Is it compulsory to book in advance ?

It is not obligatory, however the activity is very popular, especially on sunny summer days. In order to limit the waiting time we recommend that you complete our form.

or booking modalities (modification, cancellation, postponement) please consult our specific page or refer to the terms and conditions of sale included in your confirmation document.

Where can we park ?

The car parks in the centre of Dinant are not free of charge. The nearest free car parks are located next to the railway station (Square Brigade Piron) and the Dinant Casino (Place d'Armes and Boulevard des Souverains), approximately 500 and 800 metres from the boarding platforms, always flat, following the Meuse river.

Are dogs allowed ?

Dogs are allowed on board as in a classic public place: kept on a leash and only if they are able to board alone or with your help, without damaging the boat.

How does it work ?

A briefing is given before your departure by the staff, you will learn in a few minutes how to manoeuvre the boat easily. A clear plan with the sailing areas and precautions to be respected is also on each boat.

Insurance

We are insured for operational liability, which only intervenes in the event of a fault on our part (supervision, condition of the installations, etc.).

Everyone is responsible for his own liability insurance in all other cases
